Values & Culture
Remilon is a fast-growing company that still maintains a small start-up atmosphere. Simply put, we work hard and have a good time doing it. We acknowledge both individual and team accomplishments and celebrate major milestones as a company. Some celebrations have included go-kart races, trampoline dodgeball, Napa Valley wine tasting, ping-pong tournaments, theater shows and spa outings. We also finish each week with a company-wide happy hour to celebrate the week's accomplishments, brainstorm new ideas and enjoy each other's company. We continue to look for people with the same work ethic, passion and commitment to making education accessible to everyone.
Social Responsibility
It is our core belief that every person deserves access to a quality education. In 2010, we have given away over $10,000 in academic scholarships and have donated over $15,000 to charitable organizations such as The Riecken Foundation, whose mission is to provide open access to information and knowledge in some of the poorest regions of the world.
